A Day in the Life of a Tudor Merchant

You walk away from St Leonard's Gate up Corn Street that is full of busy traders. You pass the church of St Werburgh's that looms over the street.

You get to the top of Corn Street and you've seen no sign of the merchant you're supposed to be dealing with. You're stood by the High Cross, Wine Street is ahead of you, Broad Street is left and High Street right.

You can see a large group of people a short way along Wine Street. They're all shouting and appear to be gathered around watching something, but you can't see what it is.

Do you want to
go straight ahead along Wine Street to see what the crowd of people are interested in
or
turn right down High Street towards The Angel?.
